This is your opportunity to become a local legend and get a free lunch. Each contestant will receive a complimentary bib. The winner will be awarded the coveted championship belt. Entry is limited to the first 12 people to register, so stop by one of the community centers or go online to sign up today!
Celebrate the fourth by registering your kids to compete in the annual Cherry Bomb Triathlon. The race begins with a swim in the City Splash Pool, then competitors transition to a bike race down Jim Watson Drive, and finally they finish with a run down Jim Watson Drive. Distance varies based on age/group.
Various bands will play great music throughout the two-day event. We will host such bands as Hi-Fi Hillbillies, SuperFreak, and the OKC Philharmonic. All the concerts are free to attend!
No need to bring food. A large variety of food and drink will be available for purchase from many notable food vendors. On the 4th, we will also give away free watermelon and ice cream in the evening prior to the firework show.
There are several areas set aside for families with games, inflatables, a petting zoo, and much more!
