The organizations below are great ways to get involved in sports not offered by the City.
YOUTH LEAGUES - 17 & UNDER
Our youth sports are designed with 6 to 17-year-olds in mind. We recognize the age disparity that exists between this group and offer sport programs that mirror the variety that comes with the stages of adolescence.
About
The Youth Basketball League provides kids the opportunity to play in a real game setting, while also learning the fundamentals of basketball. Games take place in Yukon, Mustang, Piedmont, El Reno, and NW OKC. Yukon teams get six home games in Yukon and six away games. Teams play two pre-season games in November for skill level division placement in each age group, 6u to 14u. During the regular season, teams play one to two games per weekend throughout the 12-week season.
As a competitive recreation league, scores and standings are kept and awards are passed out at the end of the season. This is predominantly a boy's league. Game times and dates are announced when the schedule is finalized. Practices are scheduled for each team at the clip of one to two nights per week. Matching uniforms are required and each team is responsible for obtaining their own.
Date, Time & Location
Various times on Friday evenings, Saturdays, and/or Sundays November through March in Yukon, El Reno, Piedmont, Mustang, and NW OKC.
Registration/Cost
