Enjoy a FREE evening of music every Thursday of the summer with our Concert in the Park series, featuring music by local and regional bands performing a variety of favorite tunes from all genres. Every concert will take place at the Chisholm Trail Park located (500 W Vandament Ave). Bring lawn chairs and enjoy a fun evening of music and community! No glass or alcohol allowed.

Touch A Truck
Kids get an up-close, personal, hands-on look at a wide variety of trucks and other exciting vehicles. Scheduled this year are: Canadian County Sheriff’s MRAP, City of Yukon Fire and Police vehicles, Channel 9’s Helicopter, a Sprinter Limo, and a race car! Yukon Fire Dept will do their Jaws of Life demonstration. See these vehicles and many more!
Kids race their turtles to see who has the fastest turtle in town!
To participate, here is what you need to do:
- Catch/Find your own turtle.
- Decorate your turtle for speed and fun. No paint, please.
- Show up and register your turtle by 10:00 am on Friday June, 9th.
- Release your turtle back where you found it following the race.
Show up early so you're ready to start fishing at 10AM! Be sure to bring a pole and bait. Anglers can win prizes in 3 different categories: Biggest Fish, Smallest Fish and Most Fish caught. Participants also stand a chance to win door prizes just for showing up!
Come learn this fun game which is a combination of golf and frisbee at the city’s new course!
Come meet interesting animals and learn more about these extreme animals that share our planet.
Decode the clues, collect items, and find the answer to the mystery!
Have a glowing good time with music, lights, and fun glowing party favors!
Come prepared to get wet as we will have all sorts of water-wonderful activities.
Three central Oklahoma towns join forces to present a celebration like no other! The Route 66 Triple Tour rides into town on Saturday, June 10, with a day full of FREE festivities right on the Mother Road!
The Triple Tour starts in Warr Acres at 9 a.m. with a Car Show on 39th and Ann Arbor from 9 a.m. to noon. Enjoy antiques, hotrods and classics, as well as free face painting, bouncy houses for kids, and the Native American Color Guard.
Continue your cruise down Route 66 at Bethany from noon until 4 p.m. Downtown shops host sidewalk sales and antiques, while Bethany neighbors host a City-wide yard sale all weekend. Feeling lucky? Participate in the Poker Run! Or for younger Mother Road enthusiasts, enjoy the City of Bethany firetruck on display. Stop by the Broadhurst Building at SNU for a Vinyl Record Sale. The Route 66 Cruisers show off classic cars as they start in Bethany and move to Yukon to continue the festivities.
The Tour concludes in Yukon with “Get Your Flix on Route 66” at 7 p.m. At dusk, enjoy a special outdoor movie screening off Route 66 and 4th Street. In addition, face painters and movie concessions will be on site with a variety of eats and treats!

Saturday, June 10th, lasting all day traveling through Warr Acres, Bethany, and Yukon.
Yukon has a long-standing tradition of celebrating Independence Day with a blast. As always, admission is free! Several free live outdoor concerts are on the Freedom Fest agenda, as well as food trucks, contests, kids' activities, and much more. Giant fireworks shows start at 10 pm on July 3 and 4, so bring your family, lawn chairs, or blankets and enjoy!
